A hydro turbine in a hydroelectric- or. Pumped storage power plant is fundamentally different in their construction of such. a gas- or steam turbine in a conventional power plant. Franke Filter has developed a special component, which sucks up to four storage of hydro turbine with only one oil mist separator.

A vacuum gauge controllers associated with each feeder allows for fine adjustment of the vacuum separately for each of the bearings. Similar to a gas- or steam turbine, another separator filters also here the resulting oil mist from the lube oil tank.
