We regularly provide employees with further training and support, depending on the profile of requirements and task. Whether it is courses to prepare trainees for exams or practical applications such as the forklift driver's license for employees in production - at the request of the respective employees and their supervisors, the skills are individually brought up to date.

As part of the development of new products, two employees have now taken part in further training as 'specialists for defined activities'. This was co-financed by the European Union from the fund 'Europe for Lower Saxony ESF support for the regions of Lower Saxony'.
