FRANKE-Filter gets an order to deliver its FF2 Oil Mist Separators for the new floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) ship in the Gulf of Mexico.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The FPSO includes a gas production which will be owned and operated by MODEC, a leading Japanese offshore oil and gas production service provider. The ship will be installed 10km off the coast of Mexico at a water depth of 32 meters. The field operatorship is 100% owned by Eni Mexico. The project will support the advancement of the energy industry in Mexico.<\/p>\n
The ship consists of six centrifugal compressor trains<\/strong>: three medium\/high pressure and two low pressure trains and one fuel gas compressor train driven by a fixed speed electric motor. The FPSO will be able to process 90,000 barrels of crude oil, 75 million cubic feet of gas and 120,000 barrels of water injection per day. It further has a storage capacity of 900,000 barrels of crude oil.<\/p>\n
The machines are expected to be installed in February 2020 and the FPSO is planned to go into production by 2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
