Requirements

An important requirement for this task is languages. You should be fluent in spoken and written English. One or more foreign languages are desirable. Naturally you should bring joy and willingness to travel by car, train or plane. Former experiences in this field of work would be advantageous.

A decisive factor for the best interplay of a turbine and filter system is the  selection of the correct size of separator. This, as a rule, depends on the tank size of your turbine. At most  projects we can consider standard values, some applications, however, require special adjustments.

Crucial for the smooth procedure from first contact to the trouble-free commissioning is the continuous  dialogue with the customer.

Lube oil is filtered from the sucked raw air due to a mechanical process called coalescence effect and is led back to the lube oil tank. You can save costs and be sure that the immediate space and environment are protected from excessive pollution. This is a clean and economically efficient process.

Lube oil, which is optimally matched for a turbine thanks to additives, should possess a high level of efficiency and fulfill certain criteria, e.g.:

  • corrosion resistance
  • aging protection
  • foam reduction
  • certain viscosity index
  • reduction of wear and friction

What would happen, however, if the composition of lube oil would change and the necessary additives would be lost during the filtration process?
Savings would be lost.

Even in this case you can use our filters without hesitation. Independent tests of our customers, who have checked the properties and composition of oil after several thousand operating hours, certify the high constant quality of lube oil. Franke Filter oil mist separators ensure preservation of additives, viscosity and high efficiency. Contaminating particles, sucked with the raw air, remain in the micro fibers of the filter cartridges.
A kind of regeneration method for the lube oil.

Microscopically fine

Specially developed micro fiber filter cartridges allow a precise filtration process. Due to their particular properties they guarantee a trouble-free operation and high separation efficiency during more than 30,000 operating hours. And which is more-almost maintenance-free.

The underpressure gauge on the filter system will give you the necessary information as for the appropriate time for the replacement of filter cartridges. This is required when the micro fiber is almost entirely clogged with impurities and lube oil particles.

The replacement process is very easy. After a few minutes the oil mist separator is again ready for operation ensuring constant depression and the continuous excellent quality of lube oil.
